Instride (Sarasota) provides therapeutic hosremanship and helps more than 400 special riders with various neuromuscular conditions to make real progress every day! Get out in the fresh air and help them sidewalk with our riders, barn and facility volunteers to keep everything shipshape!
Academy Prep of St. Petersburg is more than a middle school! Students attend our private school on full scholarships provided by the local community. There are opportunities during recess and to help with afternoon enrichment classes.
R’Club serves more than 3,000 children daily in 42 centers throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. Rock an infant, read to a pre-schooler or help with arts & crafts!
PARC (St Petersburg) provides services to develepmentally challenged people, with many opportunities to volunteer - from daycare assitance to administrative assistance! Volunteering requests go to lblackburn@parc-fl.org.
OASIS Network is a volunteer-driven organization that provides services to students in need. Last year, they served 11,000 students on a budget well under $100,000. Get your school, church or neighborhood to plan a clothes drive! Simple and really appreciated!
Learning is For Everyone has a community-based youth robotics team that is one of the top teams in the state! They are always looking for youth mentors for our robotics program! And volunteers for the upcoming Tampa Bay Mini Maker Faire in March to help with registration, and general event management.
