Healthy Start Coalition of Hardee, Highlands and Polk Counties, Inc.
Since 1992, we have been working to make sure every baby gets a Healthy Start. We serve more than 8,000 new moms and babies every year through our Healthy Start, MomCare and Centering Pregnancy Group Prenatal Care programs. Our initiatives include Polk Teen Pregnancy Prevention Alliance and Youth Leadership Team, Beds 4 Babies Project, and Safe Haven for Newborns.
